On arrival at Udaipur airport or railway station, be met and get transferred to Kumbhalgarh, famous for its magnificent fort and monuments, royal chhatris, temples and glorious palaces. On arrival, check into your hotel (check in is 2pm onwards) and the rest of the time is at leisure or on your own explore the city of Kumbhalgarh and its local markets, especially the Bada bazaar shopping for local art and artifacts including handmade garments and jewellery.

After breakfast, visit the Kumbhalgarh wildlife sanctuary (on your own). The sanctuary has a vast array to offer from the wildlife to flora and fauna. If lucky, sight animals living in the sanctuary, from the leopards to the tiger, sloth bear, wolf, hyena; jackals, nilgai, sambhar, chinkaras to name a few. Later, visit the beautiful cave Parshuram Mahadev temple (requires walking and climbing steps) housing Lord Ganesh and Lord Shiva and nine Kunds that never go dry; Kumbhalgarh fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site with its over 36 km long protective wall, making it the 2nd longest wall in the world. Within the fort, visit the intricately carved temples, magnificent structures, opulent palaces and colourful chattris. The view of city during the sunset is a must see. If interested, see the light and sound show (on your own) within the fort complex, adding another layer of magic to your visit and bringing to life the captivating history of Kumbhalgarh.

On arrival, check into your hotel and the rest of the time is at leisure or on your own, explore the city of Jaisalmer and its local markets, especially the Sadar or Bhatia bazaar shopping for art and artifacts including mirror work embroidery, camel leather products, brassware.

After breakfast, visit Jaisalmer fort, 860-years old and a UNESCO World Heritage site. This is the largest living fort in the world with 1/4 th of the city population still residing inside the fort. Relive the history of the fort as you meander through the narrow lanes passing by shops, cafes and restaurants.
